Forbes' Week Ahead column comments on Apple's recent shipping/sales history, and reports that PowerMac shipments should remain on target:


    An Apple spokeswoman says the company remains on target to ship all orders for G5 machines this month.

The PowerMac G5s were introduced at the World Wide Developer's Conference in June 2003 with shipment dates in August. Some recent rumors have suggested that some PowerMac G5s may have already escaped to some important customers.
