iOS 18.1: How to Reset Control Center

If you've been tinkering with the extensive customization features introduced in iOS 18 – like reordering controls, resizing buttons, or creating multiple pages – you might find yourself longing for a clean slate. Now, with just a few taps, you can undo all your changes and start fresh. Here's how:

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
  2. Tap Control Center.
  3. Choose Reset Control Center.

It's as simple as that. This new reset feature is particularly handy if you've accidentally removed essential controls or created a layout that's difficult to navigate. Instead of painstakingly rearranging each element, you can quickly return to Apple's carefully designed default setup. If you're not on the beta, expect iOS 18.1 to roll out to the public this October.
