'Everyone' at Apple Apparently Calls Foldable 'iPhone Ultra'

Apple Foldable ThumbBloomberg's Mark Gurman has said "everyone" inside Apple refers to the company's upcoming foldable iPhone as the "iPhone Ultra" internally, though he cautioned that doesn't necessarily confirm it as the final name.

The comments came in response to Creative Strategies analyst Max Weinbach, who argued the "Ultra" name doesn't fit because Apple's existing Ultra products represent the most capable version of a lineup, and the foldable wouldn't clearly outclass the iPhone Pro the way that positioning implies.

I think they should have called it the 'Apple Bender'. They could have licensed 'Bender' from Futurama and done a special release with an image of Bender on the back, hugging the Apple logo. 😁
