They could give them away and people would still return them, worse thing I have put in my ears in recent memory, returned same day I purchased, other than the color, they had nothing going for them

Shrug, i really enjoy mine. Only thing thats annoying is when im wearing my glasses and have to squeeze the beats between those and my ear. Battery life and case is great. Ive not noticed any sound issues and think they sound just ss good if not better than my ap2 because i dont have to keep readjusting them.
