If you already have ‌Apple TV‌+ you can still redeem this offer, but if you subscribe to ‌Apple TV‌+ through Apple One, you won't be eligible to get the deal. You'll need to have an Apple ID with a payment method tied to the account as well.

To get the deal, search for the ‌Apple TV‌ app on the PS5 search bar, or in the Media home under "all apps." From there you can download the app if you haven't already, sign in with your ‌Apple ID‌, and the six month free trial will be applied to your account automatically.

Once the six month free trial ends, ‌Apple TV‌+ will renew at $4.99 per month until cancelled.

FYI - Didn't see this posted anywhere so I'll add it:

If you had already logged into your PS5 with your Apple account previously and couldn't get it to work:

1.) Log out of your Apple TV account on the console
2.) Close the app (or load a different Media app)
3.) Update the Apple TV app, if needed
4.) In your PS Home Screen, highlight the Apple TV app. You should see the 6 months free banner on screen
5.) Highlight and click the banner. A screen should show up asking if you would like to redeem your 6 months free. Click to agree.
6.) Log in account with your Apple ID account.
7.) You should see a "Subscription Confirmed" banner after the log in.

Looks like they’ve jumped the gun on this. It’s not working for me and judging by Twitter, nobody else either.

Wait, can non-celebrities and people who don’t want to pay 2x market value actually buy a PS5 now?
I've been searching for one since March and finally got lucky and snagged one yesterday when Amazon added some stock. It's being delivered tomorrow.
