Nike didn't reveal exactly how to unlock the perks, but by achieving various milestones in the Nike+ Run Club or Nike+ Training Club apps in a given month, NikePlus members can earn rewards such as a free one-month Apple Music subscription or access to exclusive Nike playlists that include high-energy mixes.

Meanwhile, NikePlus Members who purchase Nike's Epic React Flyknit running shoes in its exclusive White Fusion color will unlock up to four months of free access to Apple Music. The shoes are available for $150 starting today exclusively for NikePlus members in the United States, and on February 22 for non-members.

I run every day. This would be a huge incentive to push myself even further if I could get some free subscription time out of it! Hope it works!

Out of curiosity, what shoe do you recommend?
I know you didn't ask me, but as a runner who goes through 3-4 pairs of shoes every year, I've been really happy with Saucony since day 1. They provide me with the cushion my feet desperately need to run day in / day out. I usually go with a previous gen to keep the cost down a little.

So what do you have to do to get a free month?

I used to use the Nike app but switched to Strava. I can be bribed into using it again.
No idea. I only have two perk unlocks, neither of which is Apple Music related. One unlocked perk is for ordering the shoes shown in the article and another for "Nike Experts on Demand"
