Apple is permanently closing its retail store at the Northbrook Court shopping mall in the Chicago area. The company confirmed the upcoming closure today in a statement, but it has yet to provide a closing date for the location.

60 bucks off on an iPad4! The smart move would have been to sell your iPad3 on the announcement of the 4 and pick up an iPad4 today. If we stay on the Fall roll out of iPads then this could be a winning strategy for hard core upgraders.
