BeOS 5.0

As many of you may know, href="http://www.be.com">Be.com released their
5.0 version of BeOS.

BeOS was considered to be one of the (if not THE) top
contenders when Apple was shopping around to buy a
new OS. NeXT surprised everyone when they were
bought/chosen to be the core of what we now know as
MacOS X.

Since that time, Be has been unable to support the
newer G3/G4 PowerMacs, and nothing changes with
this new release. In fact, the href="http://free.be.com">Free "Personal" Version
of BeOS is only available for Intel, while the
Professional version does support older Macs.
